BetterContact
BetterContact is a small Lyon, France company whose waterfall enrichment platform queries more than 20 data providers in turn to find emails and mobile numbers, charges credits only for valid results, and sells plans from $15 a month.
Outbound agencies, GTM engineers, and small sales teams that upload lists and want emails and phone numbers back, especially for European contacts, without managing several data subscriptions.
Teams that need company data, buying intent, analytics, or two-way CRM sync beyond HubSpot and Google Sheets, and buyers who want to choose the order of providers.
Verdict
BetterContact does one job and prices it plainly. It runs a contact through 20 or more providers, checks each result, and charges only when a valid email or number comes back, starting at $15 a month and $49 for 1,000 credits. The limits are the other side of that focus: it returns contact fields only, the provider order is chosen by its own routing, native CRM sync covers HubSpot and Google Sheets, and the team behind it is about four people.
Score Breakdown
These scores cover how often BetterContact finds a contact, how well it validates what it finds, how it connects to CRMs and gives buyers control and reporting, and then how it does as a company on innovation, communication, pricing, and contract terms.
Who Uses BetterContact, Where It Fits on Price, and Its Competitors
ZoomInfo's analysis of the product reports more than 1,000 companies and 150,000 enrichments a day, with 72 percent of users being outbound agencies. BetterContact's own pricing page quotes customers such as Vangates and TeamUp, and its homepage lists HubSpot, Clay, Yousign, and Flexjet among the teams it says trust it. A press release from the company in November 2025 said the platform had crossed seven figures in annual recurring revenue.
On price, BetterContact is at the low end of enrichment tools: Starter is $15 a month for 200 credits, Pro starts at $49 a month for 1,000 credits, and Enterprise starts at $799 a month. An email costs one credit and a mobile number costs ten. Its main competitors are Surfe, Wiza, FullEnrich, and Prospeo.

How Well BetterContact Fits Each Data Enrichment Use Case
We rated BetterContact against the situations enrichment buyers bring to this category, drawing on its homepage, pricing page, a November 2025 company press release, and ZoomInfo's October 2026 review of the product.
| Use case | Fit | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Agency list enrichment | Strong | Bulk uploads, the API, and agency discounts from 5,000 credits a month suit high-volume outbound. |
| Mobile numbers for cold calling | Strong | Phone validation and Connect Intelligence scoring come with Pro, and users report strong European coverage. |
| Email finding on a budget | Strong | One credit per valid email, a $15 entry plan, and credits that roll over. |
| European and GDPR-sensitive outreach | Strong | The company lists GDPR and CCPA compliance and EU data residency. |
| CRM-native enrichment | Weak | Native sync is limited to HubSpot and Google Sheets, with other CRMs needing Make or the API. |
| Account research and buying signals | Poor | The product returns emails and phone numbers, not company attributes or intent. |
Review Excerpts
These excerpts come from customer comments that BetterContact shows on its pricing page, which the company chose, and from the buyer concern we found in ZoomInfo's review of its limits. Paid reviews and pay-for-play sites were excluded.
“The 31% additional sales opportunities we can reach now make BetterContact's cost negligible.”
“We looked everywhere for mobile numbers ZoomInfo couldn't find. BetterContact was the only one that was accurate, simple, and fully GDPR-compliant…”
“Every provider had a piece of the puzzle, but none gave the full picture.”
“It found most of the numbers we needed, but I could not see which providers it used or change the order, and a mistyped list of 10,000 contacts ran to the end with no way to cancel it.”
