Crosspoint Capital Partners is an investment firm that focuses on cybersecurity and the infrastructure software it connects to. Its investments range from early-stage companies to growth equity and buyouts, and its portfolio includes McAfee and Forescout.
The firm is led by Greg Clark, the former chief executive of Symantec and Blue Coat. Managing director Zach Sivertson is quoted in MIND's Series B announcement, where he said the company's progress since Crosspoint's Series A investment strengthened the firm's conviction. MIND was Crosspoint's first investment in an Israeli company.

Took part in MIND's Series A with about $5 million in 2025, around the time MIND was a finalist in the RSAC Innovation Sandbox contest, then led MIND's $72 million Series B in September 2026 with roughly $35 million. Existing investors YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group also took part. MIND reported a $10 million annual revenue run rate at the time of the round.
