Zach Sivertson

Zach Sivertson is a managing director in Crosspoint Capital Partners' early-stage practice. He joined the Menlo Park, California firm in 2024 after serving as a managing director at Prelude, a cybersecurity-focused early-stage fund. Earlier he was a product executive at Symantec, working on product management, pricing, and strategy for the enterprise division and launching multiple 1.0 products. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Westminster's Gore School of Business.

Leading the MIND Series B

Crosspoint first backed MIND around its Series A, then led the company's $72 million Series B in September 2026 alongside participation from YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. In MIND's announcement Sivertson said that since the Series A and MIND's RSAC Innovation Sandbox appearance, "MIND has demonstrated strong momentum. That progress has further strengthened our conviction in the company." He has publicly framed the thesis around DLP that can understand content and context as AI agents move data at machine speed, rather than tools that mainly log leaks after the fact.
