Co-founder and CEO · Regie.ai
Sales AI Machine learning
Sridhar is building AI that takes the busywork out of prospecting while keeping sellers in charge of the conversation, and Regie.ai's annual recurring revenue grew 300% in 2024.
“We aim to amplify human sellers, not replace them,” Srinath Sridhar said in 2025. An AI scientist, he is co-founder and CEO of Regie.ai, a San Francisco company whose RegieGO app researches accounts, verifies contacts, drafts outreach, and dials for sales reps.
Carnegie Mellon, Google, and Facebook
Sridhar earned a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and held early engineering roles at Google and Facebook.ai. He is a data scientist by trade who built enterprise-scale machine learning systems, and he brings more than 15 years of AI experience.
GPT-3 in Private Beta
He founded Regie.ai in 2020 with Matt Millen, a veteran sales leader who had run national sales teams at T-Mobile. When they started, GPT-3 was still in private beta, Millen wrote in 2026. Sridhar brought the machine learning products and Millen the sales experience.
Between Two Extremes
“The sales enablement industry is stuck between two extremes,” Sridhar said. “On one side, you have AI software promising to replace humans entirely, and on the other, you have legacy software that hasn't meaningfully innovated in years.” Regie.ai raised a $30 million Series B co-led by Scale Venture Partners and Foundation Capital in 2025, and in 2026 it launched RegieGO, a self-serve prospecting app with a free plan.
