Home / Founders / Benjamin Douablin
Douablin built FullEnrich after his last startup kept paying for several data vendors to find phone numbers, and the aggregator he made now sells that coverage to other sales teams.
Benjamin Douablin is co-founder and chief executive of FullEnrich, a contact enrichment company that started in Paris and is now based in San Francisco, California. Its tool checks more than 20 data vendors in sequence to find work emails and mobile numbers.
Serving in the French Special Forces
Before his startup career, Douablin served in the French special forces, according to Pulse 2.0. He later worked with Grégoire Démogé and Jean-Luc Manceron at Salesramp, the startup the three ran before FullEnrich.
Hitting the Limits of Single Data Vendors
While scaling Salesramp, the founders found that contact data providers were expensive, covered only certain regions or industries, and had to be combined to reach enough prospects. They built an aggregator that sent each contact through several sources in turn, which became FullEnrich.
Launching FullEnrich in January 2024
FullEnrich launched in January 2024 and grew while bootstrapped, with customers including Mastercard, DocuSign, and Brevo. "Today, most data enrichment providers are limited to specific regions or industries," Douablin told Tech.eu, describing an aggregator that draws on global sources instead. The company charges by usage rather than by seat.
Selling Through Founder-Led Posts
Douablin writes about cold calling, founder-led sales, and contact data on LinkedIn four times a week and has more than 50,000 followers, according to his FullEnrich author page. That posting has become one of the main ways FullEnrich reaches sales teams.
