Metaview

Metaview is a London and San Francisco recruiting platform that began as an AI notetaker for interviews and now runs AI agents for sourcing, application review, and screening alongside the ATS a team already uses.

8.0/10
Overall Score
Recommend

Metaview is one of the best AI layers a recruiting team can add on top of its ATS, with published per-user pricing and fast setup.

Best for

In-house talent teams and recruiting agencies that run many interviews a week on Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or a similar ATS and want automatic interview notes, a shared picture of the ideal candidate, and AI sourcing that starts right after the intake call.

Not ideal for

Companies looking for a full applicant tracking system to replace their current one, and very small teams that hire a few people a year.

Verdict

Metaview's interview notes are the reason most teams start, and they remain the strongest part of the product. The newer agents source candidates, review applications against the role, and book screens, and they all work from the same ideal candidate profile, so a correction in one place carries across. More than 7,000 companies use it, including Deel, Affirm, and Replit, and it raised a $60 million Series C in September 2026. Sourcing plans are priced on the site at $100 and $300 per user a month. For any team that hires steadily, it is an easy recommendation.

Who Uses Metaview, Where It Fits on Price, and Its Competitors

Metaview sells to recruiters, hiring managers, and executive search partners at startups, Fortune 500 companies, and recruiting agencies. Most teams start with the notetaker for interviews and intake calls, then add the sourcing agent, application review, or fillmore, the autonomous recruiting coworker that sources, writes outreach, and books screening calls. Metaview was founded in 2018 by Siadhal Magos, who led product at Uber, and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, a former Palantir technical lead. It has raised $110 million in total and has about 80 people.

On price, sourcing plans run from free to $300 per user a month, and the full agentic platform is quoted. Its closest competitors are Ashby, Gem, Manatal, and Dover.

Metaview publishes its sourcing plans and quotes the full Agentic Recruiting Platform and enterprise deals.
