Findem

Findem is a Redwood City, California talent intelligence platform that labels career data on more than 800 million people and uses it for sourcing, applicant review, candidate verification, and AI hiring agents.

7.7/10
Overall Score
Recommend

Findem is one of the strongest sourcing and applicant review tools for enterprise talent teams, though its pricing is quoted and it takes time to learn.

Best for

Enterprise and fast-growing talent teams that source for hard technical, executive, or niche roles, want to rediscover candidates already in their ATS, and need help spotting fraudulent applications.

Not ideal for

Small companies hiring a few people a year, and recruiters who want a simple keyword search tool they can learn in an afternoon.

Verdict

Findem's search is the reason teams buy it. It builds profiles from career, company, and relationship data over time, so a recruiter can search for attributes such as whether someone has seen a company through a successful exit, instead of matching keywords. Recruiters on G2 praise the Greenhouse integration, the fraud checks, and the customer success team, and they also say the platform takes time to learn. It raised $51 million in October 2025, bought Getro in December 2025, and agreed to buy Glider AI in March 2026. For enterprise teams that source at volume, it is a strong recommendation.

Who Uses Findem, Where It Fits on Price, and Its Competitors

Findem sells to in-house talent acquisition teams, sourcers, and executive search groups at mid-sized and large companies. Most teams start with sourcing and candidate rediscovery in their ATS, then add inbound applicant review, the Candidate Authenticity Suite for spotting fake applicants, talent market reports for hiring managers, and agents that screen and schedule candidates. Findem was co-founded in 2019 by Hari Kolam, who was previously co-founder and CTO of Instart, and it has raised $105 million in total.

On price, Findem sits at the enterprise end of recruiting software. It charges per seat on annual contracts and has added outcome-based pricing tied to hires. Its closest competitors are Gem, SeekOut, Metaview, and Ashby.

Pricing

Findem does not publish a rate card. Prices are as of November 2026.
