Astabatsyan is packaging no-code voice agents for phone workflows so operators can automate reception and support without a voice ML team.
Hakob Astabatsyan is co-founder and chief executive of Synthflow, a no-code AI voice agent platform for phone automation. He co-founded the company in 2023 with Albert Astabatsyan and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky.
Raising Seed for Synthflow
Synthflow raised a $7.4 million seed round to build voice assistants aimed at SMEs, according to company and press coverage including Pulse2 and TechCrunch. The category was already crowded with voice APIs and contact-center vendors.
Packaging Voice Agents for Operators
Rather than sell only raw telephony APIs, Astabatsyan focused Synthflow on templates for reception, appointment setting, and customer service so operations teams could launch agents without hiring speech engineers. That packaging is the company’s answer to noise in the market.
