Kierce spent nearly a decade applying AI to government policy at FiscalNote, and he now runs Trustible, which helps large companies inventory, review and approve their AI projects under new rules.
Gerald Kierce is co-founder and CEO of Trustible, a company based in Rosslyn, Virginia, that helps enterprises track their AI use cases, score their risks and meet rules such as the EU AI Act.
Studying at the University of Dayton
He grew up in Puerto Rico and earned degrees in entrepreneurship and political science at the University of Dayton, according to Trustible. He worked in communications at Meridian International Center and in professional services at the Corporate Executive Board, which is now part of Gartner.
Nearly a Decade at FiscalNote
He then spent nearly a decade at FiscalNote, a company that uses AI to track laws and regulations, in roles across AI solutions, corporate development, product marketing and customer success. He and Andrew Gamino-Cheong, another early FiscalNote employee, spent those years applying AI to policy, and with Trustible they set out to apply policy to AI, the company said when it came out of stealth in April 2023.
Starting Trustible in Rosslyn, Virginia
Trustible had offices in a WeWork in Rosslyn in 2025, when he told Technical.ly that about a third of its customers were Fortune 500 companies. That outlet refers to him as Gerald Kierce-Iturrioz. He also advises and sits on the boards of startups and nonprofits in the region.
