Tenzo AI
Tenzo AI is a recruiting software company whose AI agents screen and interview job candidates by phone, video, WhatsApp, and email in more than 40 languages and schedule the next round.
Employers hiring at least 50 people a year that want AI phone and video screens in many languages, with fraud checks, inside the applicant tracking system they use today.
Small teams that want a cheap self-serve screener, or buyers who need a published price before a demo.
Verdict
Tenzo AI suits employers that screen many applicants in many languages: it runs interviews by phone, WhatsApp, video, and email in more than 40 languages, checks more than 40 fraud signals, and syncs both ways with the applicant tracking system (ATS) they use today. Small teams and buyers who want a posted price are a weaker fit, since Tenzo AI publishes no price and gives a tailored quote, and one July 2026 review reports that setup takes weeks. Its 7.3 score, the average of eight criteria, earns a Conditional recommend and trails Alex and Sapia.ai at 7.5 and HeyMilo and Ribbon at 7.4, with multichannel screening highest at 8.0 and both pricing and setup without prompt tuning lowest at 6.6.

Who Uses Tenzo AI, Where It Fits on Price, and Its Competitors
We read Tenzo AI's solutions page, its customer case studies, and the customer quotes on its homepage to see which employers use it. Tenzo AI sells to employers in healthcare, home health and senior living, skilled trades, manufacturing and warehousing, retail and restaurants, transportation and logistics, financial services, real estate, and contact centers, including staffing agencies, franchise networks, and lean recruiting teams (Tenzo AI solutions). Customers include Game 7 Staffing, Sequoia Living, Agilus Work Solutions, and Cascade Environmental, which Tenzo AI profiles in case studies, and Comun, whose engineering manager is quoted on its homepage (Tenzo AI case studies; Tenzo AI). It fits best for high-volume hiring and for multilingual hiring, two of the seven hiring uses its solutions page lists (Tenzo AI solutions). Its AI interviewer, which Tenzo calls Morgan, reaches every applicant by phone, video, WhatsApp, or email in more than 40 languages, scores each one against the same criteria, and writes the result back into the applicant tracking system (ATS), the software that holds candidate records (Tenzo AI; Tenzo AI solutions).
Tenzo AI publishes no price (Tenzo AI pricing), and a July 2026 Recruiting Tech Reviews article says its pricing runs higher than lightweight screeners (Recruiting Tech Reviews). Of the four competitors we reviewed in the same category (Alex, HeyMilo, Ribbon, and Sapia.ai), only Ribbon lists prices for three of its four plans: Growth is $499 a month billed annually for 100 interviews a month, Business is $999 a month billed annually for 400, and Scale is $1,999 a month billed annually for 1,000 (Ribbon pricing). Sapia.ai prices per hire and gives each company a rate based on how many people it hires a year (Sapia.ai pricing). The Alex and HeyMilo pricing pages show no price and lead to a demo booking (Alex; HeyMilo).
Dio's comparison page for Tenzo alternatives lists Alex, HeyMilo, and Ribbon, and Dio sells a rival interview tool and says so (Dio). Recruiting Tech Reviews' alternatives guide lists Sapia.ai (Recruiting Tech Reviews). Alex says it checks a government ID against a live selfie during the interview, and it lists 30 languages and 33 or more supported ATS integrations, against Tenzo's 40 or more languages and 57 or more ATS and CRM platforms (Alex; Tenzo AI solutions). Sapia.ai runs structured chat interviews, while Tenzo AI interviews by phone, video, WhatsApp, or email (Sapia.ai; Tenzo AI). Sapia.ai says its technology is designed to best serve companies that hire more than 500 people a year (Sapia.ai pricing). HeyMilo adds text message and form screening and skill assessments based on work scenarios to its voice and video interviews, and lists 20 or more languages (HeyMilo). Ribbon runs voice and video interviews in 10 or more languages (Ribbon pricing), and its homepage says it has signed an agreement to be acquired by Dayforce (Ribbon).
