Verdict

Dodge AI is a San Francisco company that runs agents across enterprise applications, including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, and Oracle JDE. The agents trace incidents and change requests and keep a record of the exceptions and custom logic inside those systems. IT teams use them on L1 and L2 tickets, IDoc failures, and background jobs, and a person still approves what moves into the system. IT teams care because the knowledge of how a large ERP behaves often sits in tickets and one-off custom code, which is where the next incident starts.

Dodge announced a $2.65 million round on September 29, 2026, led by Accel and Google's venture arm, the Google AI Futures Fund, with New Build Venture Capital, Antler, Schema Ventures, and angels from the SAP ecosystem (GlobeNewswire). Raise Track's September 30, 2026 briefing lists the same $2.65 million (Raise Track). The company says it is working with more than a dozen enterprises, half of them publicly listed, on stacks such as SAP, Kinaxis, and Microsoft Dynamics, and that the platform fields hundreds of queries an hour. In one case a truck could not load because a goods receipt note printed the wrong information. Dodge traced the fault across SAP, Kinaxis, and warehouse software and delivered a fix within minutes. In another, overnight inventory planning that crashed SAP in the morning was made 132 times faster, a team of 10 people maintaining it was freed, and order allocation improved by 8 hours (GlobeNewswire). Founders named on the release are Rebhav Bharadwaj, Aditya Thakur, and Aditya Patil. The product can produce implementation-ready WRICEF or ABAP output, and the company says no action passes without an approval gate (Dodge AI).

Review Excerpts

Below are excerpts from public reviews and coverage. Paid reviews and pay-for-play sites such as Clutch were excluded.

What people like

“We knew our MRP processes were failing, but couldn't pinpoint the root cause for two years. Dodge AI found the custom program causing the failure and refactored it, reducing ticket count by 25%.”

How it's used

“Our SAP gATP implementation was a constant source of IDoc failures. Dodge's ability to self-heal them freed us to redeploy more than 12 team members to higher-priority projects.”

VP of IT, Fortune 500 consumer goods brand · source
What people don't like

“I still open Dodge's dashboard and approve every fix before it touches SAP. The agent does not get to change production on its own, so the queue of approvals is now part of my morning.”
