Xora
Xora is the early-stage investment platform of Temasek, the Singapore state investor, which is also its anchor limited partner. Xora invests in three sectors: AI infrastructure, applied AI and industrials. It leads Seed or Series A rounds, makes a handful of new investments a year, and sometimes works with founders before a company is formed.
Its first investments, in 2021, included Celestial AI, which was later acquired by Marvell. In 2026 Xora led the second seed round for Hang Ten Systems after the company's early customer wins, and TechCrunch reported that Xora saw a chance to introduce Hang Ten to other companies in Temasek's portfolio.

Led Hang Ten's $53 million second seed round, announced September 16, 2026, which brought the company's total funding to $85 million. Mayfield, Aramco Ventures and individual investors including Lip-Bu Tan, Sanjay Mehrotra and Jerry Yang also took part.
